Telegraph cafe offers you to start a day with coffee and pancakes for breakfast (from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.), to discuss affairs during a business lunch (from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., Mon-Fri), and to gather for a family dinner in the evening (there is a special children menu).
