He has great experience of working at a number of well-known restaurants, incl. “Borsolino” in Moscow and one of the hotel “Nevsky Palace”. Being taught by great cooks from France, Italy and Germany, Dmitry is perfect in cooking Russian cuisine. He has created a unique menu for the restaurant “The Frigate Flagman”, combining both the most favorite national and unique dishes.

The restaurant seats up to 200 customers.
